Rates are per night, based on double occupancy per room and include our full gourmet breakfast.

As a deposit your credit card will be authorized for the amount of your reservation.

Deposit is refundable if notice is received 5 days prior to arrival date, 10 days for a holiday, 30 days for special event less a $15 cancellation processing fee. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit
the entire reservation amount. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather.

Check-out: 11:00am

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged prior to your stay depending on availability

We are pleased to accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. Pennsylvania sales and room taxes are additional to rates.

For the health and pleasure of our guests, no smoking of any kind is permitted inside any structure of the property. Should the odor of smoke be detected, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to your card.

Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas.

Please contact us prior to your stay with any dietary needs.

Missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly.

Please respect others, quiet time is from 10pm to 9am.

Our B&B is not appropriate for children under 15 years of age.

Reservations and Policies for Dogs

Four Seasons For Fun Bed & Breakfast is Dog friendly. Maximum 2 dogs per guest room. There is a $45 per dog, per night charge

We require all owners act responsibly with their dogs and observe the following guidelines while here at Four Seasons For Fun Bed & Breakfast.  Please be certain to ensure:

That your pet is well-behaved, house-broken, and will not disturb other guests (e.g., biting, barking, howling, jumping)
Your pet is clean and has been treated for fleas and ticks
Your pet is never left unattended at the B&B when you are off-property. We do not offer pet sitting services.
Your pet may be unattended and crated in your room when you are on-property but not in your room

You are responsible for all damage
Your dog is on-leash at all times while outside your guest room

Behavior

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with responsible owners.

For the safety of all our guests as well as other dogs any dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and owners will be issued a warning; repeat offenders will be asked to leave.
Guests who are asked to leave the premises will not receive a refund.

Guest wishing to bring dogs must bring proof of current rabies vaccination and present upon request.

Food and water bowls will be provided upon request.

For everyone's safety: Retractable leashes are prohibited in the house, on the patios, porches and gardens immediately surrounding the house. Long lines and retractable leashes are limited to trails and woods. If you do not have a regular leash, we will supply one for your visit free of charge. Dogs must be on their leash when not in the room.

Not all guest rooms are pet friendly. Please see room descriptions for dog friendly rooms. Dogs may not be left unattended and uncrated.

Cleaning up after your dog is mandatory; failure to do so will incur a $50 cleaning fee.

Owners are liable in full for any damages caused by your pet; this includes but is not limited to guest rooms, common areas, grounds, or other guests. Rooms will be checked after departure and if there is any damage, Four Seasons For Fun Bed & Breakfast is authorized to charge any damages to the credit card on file.

We will supply special towels for your furry friend’s paws. Please notify us that more towels are needed. Please do not use bathroom or pool towels.

Wet feet and coats must be wiped dry before entry into the house. Dog towels will be provided.
